How this works

Load the plan. PDFs are rendered in the browser; nothing is uploaded.
Calibrate: two clicks on a known distance, then that distance in metres.
Trace: click each room corner, then Close room. Area is exact for the polygon; L × W is its bounding rectangle.
Send to intake, then export the DIALux package from there.

Dimensions printed on a scan are not read automatically — OCR misreads them often enough to be worse than two clicks. The scale you set is applied to every trace.
